Welcome to Lincoln Senior 4th XV
Lincoln's 4th team are the Vets and new starters of Lincoln RFC, ages of players vary from 17-56, everybody is made to feel welcome and lessons in the art of social rugby are taught.
Led by Steve 'Awesome' Turner, Lincoln 4th team are generally the leaders in social events, teaching the younger generation how its done!
So if you are looking for a new sporting challenge come and Join Lincoln 4's, where you can play hard and have some social fun at the same time!
The most memorable game last season was Gainsborough at home. At half-time we were 5-21 down, but a second half resurgence brought a surprising win of 31-25 to a very happy team.
The 3's vs 4's games were also a great success, with both teams giving their all, with the 3's expected to win the 4th team never gave in and came very close to causing an upset loosing at only 17-10 with the game winning try coming at the end of the second half.
The moral of the story is to not underestimate Awesome and his 4th team!
